I’ve been around the industry since a child and also spent 5 years in mortgages, so my question is often.. you’re telling your clients to OWN their home vs renting.

This person owes me personally about $950.00 to which is preventing my daughter from being able to play Lacrosse as I am a single mother (do not get child support or any other form of help) I took this "job" from him as a second income and way to pay off my hospital bills and to help support myself/daughter...What kind of heartless individual would do this?

Hello BiggerPockets,I've known I want to be in real estate since I was a child many years and recently I've made the decision to forgo the "buy a home" mentality and live nomadically to focus my income on asset strategies for real estate. 

The only exception might be to a child, but only if you are OK with the fact that you might end up subsidizing the situation, at some point.Even if not related, but you end up becoming friends with a tenant, it can get bad. 

If and when demand does actually drop, the occupancy gaps people are seeing right now will seem like child's play.

Especially a child friendly homeJust food for thought.

Unless your dad is very elderly and you are an only child I would pass. 

The service offering for less around ONE DOLLAR A DAY is phenomenal.....simple enough that a child would understand it and a fool would not error in the decision.

You have a wife and future child that you are committed to not just provide for but create generational wealth for so that they don't have to experience what you had to.
