New Investor Looking to Build Connections in the St. Petersburg Area

Hello BiggerPockets,

I've known I want to be in real estate since I was a child many years and recently I've made the decision to forgo the "buy a home" mentality and live nomadically to focus my income on asset strategies for real estate.  I realized that I'll need a lot of help and I remembered that there was this community that I once dipped a toe into called BiggerPockets.  Well I'm back and I want to exchange experiences and build relationships with like-minded to ease my learning curve and to have a sense of community.  My experiences are limited, but be sure that I will share what I learn here to be of assistance.  

I'm attempting to learn wholesaling and creative finance working within the St. Petersburg Multifamily market.  I'm having a meeting regarding setting up the business structure tomorrow and I anticipate that I'll eventually need to connect with Realtors, PMLs so if anyone has suggestions on how to navigate the site to accomplish this and honor the community guidelines, I'm very receptive.  I'm glad to be here and I look forward to contributing and working with you.
