What would your advice be  ( fishing trips in there) Also have family member that wants to move to their eventually .Keep that passion going that some thing that you cant teach.

Anna Z.I'm a small fish in a big sea, and I am yet to purchase a turnkey (but I hope to purchase my first in about 6-12 months), but I believe that turnkey is *not* a good first investment.I only own a few, but I have learned a ton from owning and setting up rentals.

I just wanted to add one very important thing (actually, the MOST important thing).This is the difference between giving you a fish, vs. teaching you how to fish.

It had a huge lake filled with Corvina, fishing boats, ski boats, shore lined marinas, restaurants, hotels, et. all.
