I would say January will be better, new semester, students, new year-expiring contracts, etc.50K income is not that much for single person after taxes, and people with 200k cant manage money too, you know that new 70k escalade on 50k salary :-), the 500 channels cable TV, etc.

I charge what local motels charge per week, but provide a house with a kitchen, washer/dryer, Smart TV, etc.The large industry could also be a university, hospital, shipyard, military base, etc.
