These integrate with the software. 

I had been using Stessa but I would not recommend that.If you are looking for property management and accounting then you may want to consider RentRedi (free with BP Pro) and they directly integrate with REI hub.When I looked into Buildium and Yardi for both management and accounting I felt like their accounting was lacking and they were expensive for what they are.

They have integrations with a barrage is 3rd parties including all major pricing engines. 

It seems like from my research OwnerRez has the best integration with Quickbooks so I'm leaning toward using it as our PMS for that reason alone for streamlining our accounting.My question is does anyone have any direct experience with OwnerRez.

Like to hear how the replacement one works out.Does this lock integrate with Homeaway?

It's easy to use and you can integrate it with quick books if you want.

It works excellent, I snap a receipt on my phone categorize it by personal, specific rental property, or realty expense  for accounting purposes.The issue is that there is 0 cloud or website integration, therefore if I lose it I’m screwed.So the question is what accounting software would you recommend that can track personal, business, and multiple properties all in one.

Big cracks in the driveway and garage floor, what had been nice brickwork was left full of step cracks around 3 sides of the house, significant steel beam in basement shifted but not enough to lose its integrity but what if it had moved enough to lose its integrity and a good portion of the floor above it just sank a few feet.

In the future, we'd like to vertically integrate the "real estate investing stack," such as taking mortgage lending, homeowner insurance in-house, which will help increase our margins per homes sold.
