It's going to be an interesting couple of years.....esp with the absolute necessities in life; monthly cell phone costs, Netflix, that auto pmt/lease & Whole Foods/Trader Joe groceries; costing way more than a months rent.

People need to eat too and they're not telling grocery stores or restaurants they have to give their food away for free.

The Starbucks and Whole Foods theory isn't a distance to theory really, it's more of an upswinging neighborhood identifier.

If l could just own some property’s while l run my food truck and have income from renters that would be AMAZING..

Tbh, investors are the lowest paying clients, contractors might be busy catering them, but that’s only applicable to 2 guys and a truck kinda.
