@Logan TaylorHey Logan, Good question, if I were 19 and looking to get started, assuming you have read some basic books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich and the 4 Hour Workweek.

I've decided its time to get a VA and would like some recommendations outside those found on the 4 hour work week site.  

Do you think I could get reps with 32 hours, 4 day work week. 

Also, the the millionaire real estate investor, the four hour work week, and The book on rental properties by Brandon turner are great!

You already have a job, real estate does not need to be a second job for you above and beyond your 90 hr work week.

I was in school full time and doing our RE, while my wife worked 2 jobs pulling 80-90 hour work weeks.

I am now working full time and can’t travel to upstate ny during the work week.

Other great books include Richest Man in Babylon, The 4-Hour Workweek, The E-Myth, and Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.

I would have no less than $50k reserves in the bank before I go off and retire and live off the cash flow.Shouldn’t have read that damn 4 hour work week, now I feel like this it totally do-able and can retire in 5-6 years.
