Value Add Question

I would love to find out if there is any way I can add value for someone from whom I could learn real estate investing.  I don't have much time on my hands with a full time job and multiple kids in after school activities.  On top of that, most of my excess capital is currently invested in the stock market.  However, I do enjoy working with excel spreadsheets to bring information together to view on one page.  Below is an image of the main page I put together for my stock investing information.  Does anyone know if these kind of skills could be considered valuable in real estate investing?
