It would not be difficult to duplicate, slightly modify and swap out each home's page for either a 'rented' or 'for rent' version in WordPress.

WordPress is by far the most widely used content management system, and is what I would recommend for you.

Wordpress is an amazing platform but its popularity brings on a ton of spam so this is one thing you can change to stop "most" of it.3.
