If you need to replace hardscape with hardscape-- perhaps because the intended "Walkway" becomes pooled with 3" of standing water when it rains, then break that up & consider semi-pervious pavers instead.

Aside from tying up some capitol, the only downfall is that the egress window will need to come out at the front of the house between the front door and the driveway, which isn’t ideal, but with the porch and walkway appropriately modified, doesn’t seem like it would be a deal breaker for a future buyer.

Problems such as lack of railings, standing water in the parking lot, roof age, type of construction material used, heaving walkways, lack of appropriate swales, pitbulls in the units, etc...If it's a fixable problem, there is your answer.This is standing water (aka a puddle), geese not necessary.If your units are where it freezes you can see the hazard of this (slip and fall).

Prime and paint 3 bedrooms, $450.Remove texture from bedroom ceiling, skim coat, prime and paint, $250.Tear off old roof shingles and load into dump trailer, $600.Install walkway of paver bricks, $350.Pressure wash non-brick parts of exterior, $300.Etc, etc.So, after maybe five months, we had paid her about $11,000, and she went back home.Can/should I file as a "real estate professional"?
