Lauderdale multi families are hard to come by in areas that vacationers would want.

I see it as two different people: beach vacationers vs the everybody else (business, festivals).Zoning is super tricky.

@Richard Wing Force them to do it because if you don't I am pretty sure you get hit with some kind of fee as the vacationer.

I rent by the semester to visiting scholars during the academic year and by the night to vacationers between semesters. 

It is amazing how much stuff you have to buy to finish it for vacationers, let alone fixing the deck railing, replacing appliances etc.

I would try to find one that does a couple long term parked trailers with vacationers, but the park needs to have a vacation feel not a residential feel!

For Air BNB I guess you guys should brainstorm what attributes are important to vacationers heading up this way, like privacy, views, cable/cell service, proximity to the ski areas or downtown, ease of approach road + driveway, ability to add sleeping #'s, shuttle to skiing etc.

It is a littler further and you have to go right into the main entrance to Disney, (so living here, I wouldn't want the traffic, but vacationers know theres not really a way around that).

Overall, vacationers are still coming but just aren't spending like they usually would.

Can't say specially without knowing all the details of this specific place.If there is a medium-sized population center nearby, it is likely that it'll be partially booked in the winter as well by non-vacationers.
