@Dawn AnastasiWith a lack of response that significant, I'd make an effort to contact the owner directly ... if the "wholesaler" is unwilling to work any harder than that, s/he really doesn't deserve a slice.Alternatively, it may be a scam and they sensed you know too much to be a mark?

If the owner is unwilling to provide this information you should question why and that should be a consideration in your purchase decision.The security deposits belong to the tenants.
