@Chris Randall   I would not waste your time... who cares about the car.. cars are dime a dozen.if you want to be a turn key provider get on with it... plenty of folks here like to buy turn key. your product will stand out.. if your not in Madison WI then were are you.. hopefully your not in the hood of some cheap mid west town selling ghetto dogs to unsuspecting buyers in LA

Specifically with the cash for keys approach--although it can potentially save time and money, it could also be releasing and virtually encouraging a bad tenant to go and find another unsuspecting landlord who will not see any of their past on the credit check.
