Hi Tim, I live in Durham myself and can tell you inventory here is suuper tight (< 1 month supply in triangle).

Hello BP community, I'm beginning the process of taking on a number of BRRRR properties in the research triangle area (Durham Co.) and I'm curious to hear other people's thoughts about how important hiring a GC is. 

Add keywords Raleigh, Wake or Triangle and you'll see them pop.

Peter, do you think the work-from-home momentum we're currently seeing could effect the desirability of the Triangle?

Hey Guys,Long time lurker on BP, and active investor in the Triangle area for last 3 years. 

My main focus so far has been BRRRR properties within the "Texas Triangle."

Deaton is the go to for Triangle and that deal size.

I hear that the Triangle Area Real Estate Investor Association is a good place to connect and there is a triangle area meet up that happens monthly. 

I always liked the SE suburbs, inside the 35/75/675 triangle.
