But the key point of getting rich via RE is not to follow the guru on youtube hahaha or BP guru.....but key is to understand the macroeconomy trajectory and Fed actions lol ; maybe because due to my background in traditional portfolio investment and software architecture, I could see real estate investment is not that difficult but there should be good strategic business planning with proper risk management adjustment.

That will put you on a backward trajectory in your RE career.

Even if there is a blip after teh election in the long term the RE Market trajectory in Austin is quite positive and it will even out.
