Then I've seen more experienced investors on BP explain things using finance terminology and I'm not a finance major or work in any part of finance, trading etc - maybe I'm just dumb and am sharing two brain cells with my cat LOL I am guilty of using LTR (Long Term Rentals), MTR (Mid Term Rentals) and STR (Short Term Rentals).

Its both amazing the networks have the computing power and algorithms to filter each message sent. 

Why we build the same floorplan over and over again:1) Easier for Trades and Faster Build Times: Our trades have been working on the same layouts repeatedly, so they have become more efficient.2) Less Mental Space for Decisions: We don’t spend too much time deciding on which floorplan to build, we focus our time on growing the business and serving our customers.3) Best ROI based on Square Footage: The floorplan we build gives us the best return on investment.

We would like something that can compute CAM and taxes, etc.

Get to know people in the various trades (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, siding installers.)

There will come a moment in time that it makes sense to sell, leverage or trade it.Be decisive. 

You will just be trading one set of tenant challenges for another.
