I have read a number of articles that seem to suggest there is a possibility that some type of mortgage deferment could be part of another stimulus/relief package/government directive but that is certainly not written in stone at this point. 

Currently most of the mortgage relief funds are for primary residences and not secondary/investment/commercial loans.

Does anyone know if there is relief for an llc that does rehab not buy an hold under the bill passed today?

There's dozens of threads regarding this but with the just passed relief bill from the federal government, they should be receiving some funds they can put towards rent.

It offers a fractional mortgage relief and relief from no other bills.
