You should do your own comps. i only say this because agents most of the time like to talk up their games. and another reason to hold off on the last 50 g if u decide to jump full tilt into real estate investing is that you may get the rest finished for less than 30 k if you play your cards right~!

Not the turnkey operator, not the prop tech that went belly up because their VC money dried up and were leveraged to the tilt and not the Roofstocks of the world that just presented you with opportunities.To be clear, this is not a knock on Roofstock, but how the prop tech industry as a whole may be helping to inflate values in areas that really shouldnt see the values they're seeing incrementally rise.

I'd look into modular construction, there's alot being done in commercial, as well as housing, also steel buildings, maybe tilt up concrete, helping to shave some time off.It seems to me it's an area where you need to think outside the box both time and weather conditions.
