Most people go to the 3-day event and then do nothing with it....the people who join Mastery get the very intimate teaching and assistance they need to get going and do deals...some people need that and some people don't.Regardless, going to network and meet other Chicago investors is a positive no matter what.

They ban Airbnb-style rentals of less than 30 days.

After reading all of the books, I highly recommend you join a coaching program to teach you to syndicate, give you contacts and put you on the right path.

Teaches you all the random junk that comes along with owning property and managing tenants! 

@Stacey Wells This post troubles me & sounds like the rhetoric the social media real estate gurus teach.

It will take time, but you will have to provide a script, teach objection handling, and roleplay.
