Hey Rumen, Thanks very much for the reply, I guess what I'm trying to ask is that in my case it's just a company that I hires to mow and sweep the common areas on my lot right?

The data available, I can sweep for my target more efficiently.When selling I have access to MLS.

But unfortunately, you're still dealing with the fall out financially as they pass it all along to you.The sweep spot is really getting a tenant to that 5 year rental with you.

I just started using this method (except I just have them deposit it directly into my main operating account, I don't even bother sweeping).

Make sure you get an underground oil tank sweep if you go thru with the purchase. 

I started working my summers with a developers doing odd work, it varied from sweeping and cleaning homes, to installing siding, roofs, windows, you name it, I did it.

Plus all the carpet tack strips from the concrete slab.Tomorrow, I will sweep, vacuum and seal the space with Kilz.
