Not sure how I stumbled on this. 

Most of us on here stumbled upon it doing some type of search.

I felt the same thing when I first stumbled across BP a couple of years ago.

I just recently stumbled upon this forum and others that deal with wholesaling, lease options, buying & selling land.

I stumbled on it this morning, and it is already proving to be a great find.

My current methods which consist of pre-negotiated short sales prior to hitting MLS are not able to meet the demands of my investors I'm simply not able to produce enough properties on a monthly basis.I stumbled upon these forums in my search - I learned about wholesaling (which I am totally unfamiliar with I might add) in hopes of learning another way / developing a new strategy in which to achieve this.

(I'm always curious how people stumble upon us!)

Through a google search or two I happened to stumble across this site where I read the beginners guide in one sitting and was instantly hooked.
