One of our students ranks #1.This is their stats:The guy ranking #1, is one of our students and I have access to his stats and leads:They have 33,000 backlinks while the guy ranking #1 only has 20 brutally outperforming them both in ranking and I can assure you, I DOUBT they get (many if any) SEO leads in that market.Carrot was promoting them because they make money off of each other completely fooling many people that blindly trust Carrot. 

Lets see , $25,000 to first time home buyers , plus forgiving student dept , nice way to buy votes with tax payers money .

Heartless and has an agendaIt's ironic you say this because the site is extremely friendly to your profession. 

You speak of ethical business practices…well I can see nothing more ethical than 10,000 Pace Morby students believing they are now experts on legal intricacies of corporate structures, real estate finance law and SEC regulations….can’t wait to see how this turns out for those you all transact with.  

I am not saying this to slight the profession but  at the end of the day real estate sales is truly a zero barrier of entry business.

But as a previous post mentioned if you have some flexibility in your profession (time) and the personality to engage with tenants daily then it is truly possible to run things remotely when you go abroad.

These prices still need to come down, and from what my students have told me, 8 caps are what older assets are trading for.You're gonna have a problem with hot water.

There is no one keeping that profession to a higher level of integrity. for sure half the home inspectors are bozo's who have no clue what they are doing. 

Save some money and ask a law student in a university to review.

You see some 20 year old student loans for people who are now helping their kids get into college.
