How to handle noise complaints and what stipulations should I put in the lease?

@Zain Malik definitely get an attorney involved, and for clarity, I am not an attorney so this is not legal advice:Typically a property cannot build over or remove a right of access easement but there any many stipulations over how long that has been in place, which of the easement and survey records are indeed accurate, and if street parking is still considered reasonable access.  

I trust my realtor, but I still need to ask - can anyone think of any offer stipulations that would be red flags that the realtor cares more about closing the deal more so than getting a good deal for us as buyers?

The letter will just have a few additional stipulation such as verifying rental income and appraised value.

There tend to be a lot of stipulations with FHA loans.

I also feel like there has to be a catch, no one gives away free money without some type of stipulation tied to it. 

They did not stipulate higher rates as a way to stay within this cap, but that is one way to reduce loans.

Not to condone mortgage fraud, but I BELIEVE the stipulation is you need to plan to be there for at least 1 year.
