Hey Guys,My name is Caleb Sundell, I am a young sports performance coach and I’m looking to start getting into real estate investing for the long term.I am looking at SFHs and some small multi-family’s in the Spartanburg area.

Also the LakePoint Sporting Complex is really rising property values.

I've been in the action sports world my entire life, emergency medicine requires extremely rapid cost/benefit analysis and living with the decisions.

Both of my kids are big into sports and I also enjoy playing sports.

I personally love Montana and have a lot of family friends who have moved up to the Kalispell/ Flathead Lake area but I don't think she would like how long, cold and grey the winters are haha.Also, I have to consider schools and access to sports etc for my boys since playing sports on top competitive teams was something I thoroughly enjoyed growing up. 

Ask anyone that has started their own business, 18 hour days, missed kids sports and school plays.

I work for a Chicago sports team in the ticket area. 

I've found a lot of newer people will be more accepted in the Multi Family world because it's a team sport and if you can bring value to a team who does syndication or a 506(C) or (B) raise you can learn a lot and its quite lucrative. 

Las Vegas will have its first major national sports team (NHL).
