- There's a logical reason when/why activity will pick up...wait for it...

Do I give up access to transportation, restaurants, cultural activities, doctors, emergency medical care, religious and business activities, vet care and maybe more, to live in the country on my ranch or on the beach in a beautiful country, or do I keep access to all those things and live in the city? 

Why buy something that is new with active and confirmed contamination underneath it.

What actions and/or credentials make a landlord an active property manager to deem rental income/loss active in CA?

Landlords can also evict tenants for illegal activity with a seven-day notice.

Now do i think human activities can have impact on this, 100%.

@Victor Tofilski Zillow only shows 3 active rental in Pickney right now, so not a lot of competition.Given that, wouldn't worry about your pics and such - but, the advice given by others you should implement going forward.As others have also said, Nov-Feb is worse 4 months of the year to have a vacancy.- LESSON: don't allow leases to end during these months!
