You're going to have cancelations because nobody OOS can safely travel.

When I was traveling in Europe, Airbnb's often included a bottle of wine.

I have a sister, 34, who also is very interested in getting involved with the business as well. 

Good mixture of travelers for the hospital systems, university, state workers and employers like GM.

It allowed me to differentiate myself in my market (Mystic, CT) and flip between Airbnb weekend stays and longer stays for Traveling Nurses.

I travel to the market spend a few days with them want to meet their crews and their family etc..

I don't house hack in S.F. but one suggestion an investor had for me was to do one of the units as an MTR (I was thinking travel nurses but now I'm hearing that they aren't getting that great COVID pay but people displaced temporarily for insurance reasons, moving for some other reason).

My sister in law just got herself a townhome in Westminster for 170k, but it did take them somewhere around 4 or 5 months.
