I've this is much faster and more reliable than sifting through attys. yourself based on a list of qualifications (been there, done that -time consuming, waste of money, and poor results - definite story of "school of hard knocks").Regarding fees: This varies from atty. to atty.

This means two things:1) I'm now an insider to every deal2) I don't need to mail every day as deals are dropped into my lap.As to compiling lists, I'm well aware of the triggers that can be sifted and sorted through to build a "short list of people in pain" however it's important to remember that the more you filter, you'll eventually have 100% restriction and get plugged up.

In hindight I am not sure how I ever came up with the idea that I had to do the books in order to stay on top of my business. 30 minutes studing the monthly summary and YTD vs FC is much more valuable than spending days sifting through receipts.
