My point with all this is you need to know where every penny goes, not spend for gratification, not purchase something until you have the asset to pay for it and STOP the loss!

They just would rather be exempt from it.They know there are users abusing the system, perpetrating all sorts of fraud, actual violent criminal actions,  sexual assaults, robberies etc including tax evasion but fail to do what is necessary to thwart these issues.
