I’ve given food to hungry people, I’ve given the shirt off my back to an old naked woman, I've bought shoes for kids, built a school for aboriginal tribal families in the mountains, and handed out toothbrushes.  

Fiance (Spokane, WA) just graduated from college and is working on getting experience in real estate looking at property management.

The only thing I can come up with as to why all these brokers and agents hate wholesalers so much is because we don’t need any schooling to get started.

Personally I love reading that isn't a school-style textbook and when its about putting things into practice, I'm all for it!

**One example is there are thousands of old school buildings and old government buildings that are sitting empty all over America. 

Everyone in your phone, linkedin, FB, IG, any other databases-school-religious-frat-clubs-sports-high school-college-old jobs-current job. 

If so, your best bet is to graduate debt free. 2.

Real estate school literally teaches you nothing at all thats relevant in the business. 

When I graduated college I went through this exact tradeoff... was living rent-free or I could househack and own a place that builds equity, but I would need to put into it every month. 

I went to school at Ohio State for engineering and have a minor in business and computer science.
