The text of the proposed House Bill regarding accredited investors is: "any natural person the Commission determines, by regulation, to have demonstrable education or job experience to qualify such person as having professional knowledge of a subject related to a particular investment, and whose education or job experience is verified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or an equivalent self-regulatory organization (as defined in section 3(a)(26) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934)"The last part is of most use, but whats an equivalent self-regulatory agency?

During the last downturn, the regulatory uncertainty in Washington had all 4 of my community banks no longer lending for portfolio or commercial loans.

I have been getting used to moving my body into situations that my mind is fearful of the past couple of weeks and it has really opened my eyes.

And we do not want to disrupt any body.  

It's like, you wash my feet and I'll wash your entire body type of vibe.

Body is getting banged up.

My school was planning rapid growth in the next six years so much so there was a question of where would the student body live in my mind.

@Ryan MooreWe have used similar conditions in purchase offers where we have suspected the Vendor of being less than forthright and housing warm bodies simply to be able to advertise the property as being fully occupied.  

I've also filed a complaint against him with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). 

But then again,  a car that has been in a wreck is forever tainted,  regardless of how perfect and documented the body work was to repair it.
