Would love to get seasoned investors' advice on how they would solve this investment/tax challenge: I am about to transfer 300k from a retirement vehicle so that I can use the money to retire early.

I sought legal advice and found this was true so had the tenant move the vehicle and arranged to have three dumpster moved today.

Often a line of credit is not the best vehicle as nose bleed rates that non-owner occupied LOC command. 

You will pay an absolute premium for new construction, just as when you buy a brand new vehicle.

Required by Law, a Title I have for my Vehicle along with Automobile Insurance.

It took my insurance company almost a year to fix this vehicle and it’s a 30000 dollar car that I owe like 3,000 dollars on but it’s about to get repossessed.

Something else I've done is combined debt vehicles.  

Do I do some ground work and make it so a camper/overland vehicle can use as well?

I should add that any PPE (property, plant equipment) i.e. real estate, computers, office furniture, vehicles, etc etc would be in addition to the 2-3x SDE if the whole business is sold.

Once you hold the deed to the property you have now established a vehicle to cloud the title.
