If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.

Blah blah blah.I love the Podcasts (I listen everyday sometimes multiple podcasts everyday and covered a bunch during a recent rehab) but there are a lot of those stories and I'm wondering if this opportunities are simply not in the cards for those of us building a portfolio today.

I get the the post card route is way more efficient from a time perspective (although at twice the cost), but really wondering about response rates.
