Ask them if they have any projects they are seeking hard money on.

I have been working with my contractor about 23 years now and when we get involved in a project I go to the site at least 4-5 times per week.

In real estate its messy and there are always repairs and capX projects that seemingly pop up from time to time.

I have heard a lot of things of the "Seven Isands project" and that alon will help enhance the Cape Coral market. 

My rule of thumb when walking with contractors is if they talk more about themselves and past projects compared to what they will do on this project thats a hard no. 

Ironically people that tend to be good with reno projects don't tend to be so great with money. 

I have flipped 30 houses, including having 10 projects going simultaneously, one of which sold for $1.8 million.

I would shoot a DM to learn more about your micro hotels- projects.

Project scope:  Moving some walls around, three headers,  remodeling bathrooms, adding bathrooms, and adding a kitchen. 

As @Terry Ouimet said...when you start off a project (or anything in life) from a bad/illegal foundation, it will never be right2) Yes absolutely we need to bring back or start anew with a proper green card/work visa program so we can get all of the LEGAL help we need in this country.
