I would probably say 506b operators are more experienced as 506c operators can advertise and that’s the guru / marketing route of operators with no experience - let me just whip of some videos and market this thing and figure it out.506b needs the relationships as they cannot advertiseNow as a GP I prefer 506c over b all day long, but as I mentioned above- I agree that no correlation

well, the crash in san francisco market is precisely because of that, so many startup has receive no funding making people or young engineer has to sell their luxury condo in san francisco, a condo that used to be 800k 3 years ago is now 400-500k-ish, however the other area seems more stable even we got more bid for single family, it seems, an asset that is rich in bid and appeal to family with good school such as basic 3/1 would be just fine....
