Yes, that exact condo has tenants in it now at $1,350.00 a month, but I spoke to a few Police Officers today about that area of Santa Ana and they said, trust us, you don't want to live there.

The police called me this morning to let me know that a tenant (not on a lease) but living with someone who is on the lease, took his own life this morning with a gun. 

So I am about to get a job as a police officer (woop woop!) 

That with the building of the new police building and other factors help we decide if or when to get involved.

I EXPECT that my tenants in C/C- properties will occasionally have issues that prevent them from paying full rent in a timely manner and I have polices and procedures in place that allow me to work with these tenants AND limit my losses.

I plan on taking the landlord class through Homeline, and I believe there is a required class to take in st cloud through the police department. 

Police were never called there and he had a good job and kept to himself. 

He’s very hands on and makes sure we are getting good deals on our polices but are not sacrificing coverage.
