How many active members on BiggerPockets are physicians that are currently practicing?

Me and my wife are both doctors who can apply for physician loans with as little as no down payment.

I'm a physician doing real estate on the side.

For example, my wife and I are both doctors and there is a bank offering a physician loan for up to $1mil with no money down.

I have the option to take physician loans which require as little as 0% down and will not charge PMI. 

By the way, I could also get a physicians loan since I am fresh out of residency.

Usually, LLPs are professionals, like physicians or attorneys.

I've met the dog, got the physician letter, checked the registry etc.

What a long post...I am in Macae, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the first time in 9 years after the 2008 Collapse of the US Economy, Hep C and the new cure, almost dying from the tumor on my liver that showed up four years later and was not discovered by all my Primary Physicians, my Oncologist sitting on my bed when they were pulling the tubes out of my throat to see if I was waking up as a vegetable...the only thing she said was, "you need to get your affairs in order...you have three years to live."

As it stands right now it may be easier for me to qualify for a physician loan than a investor loan.
