I already have an LLC that I originally set up as a business entity to facilitate managing, overseeing, and expanding my real estate ventures.

My wife and I own a couple duplexes in Florida, however with insurance costs on the rise, we're looking at Wisconsin, which is where my wife is from originally, and we're looking at small multifamily in Sheyboygan.

That said, the right team on your side can make the permitting process and inspections far less painful.I’m curious... as you refine your plans, how do you see yourself balancing the home’s original character with these modern upgrades, and which element of the design do you think will win over the pickiest buyers? 

I am from that area originally and even manage one in Ventnor and one in Tuckerton/LBI. 

I originally priced based on comps of renovated small multifamily properties in my area (there wasn’t a lot at the time).
