Dude I spent so much money on random credit programs with them, month after month there were changes like "this credit card I said would help your PAYDEX no longer reports" or "Dun and Bradstreet doesnt work with this company anymore"Long story short, you can open a credit card and maybe a wex gas card under your LLC to try to establish business credit but even after over 12 months my PAYDEX is still non existent.

Before you submit an offer I would also make sure you know all the additional expenses that you may me overlooking, is it separate metered for water gas and electricity.

I also pay for utilities for two units since they are not on separate meters.My additional question is: can I/should I raise the rents the $75-100 I would like to, ask for a pet rent, possibly ask for a pet deposit, and then also charge a flat fee for utilities for the 2 units I pay electric and gas for?
