just some things to think about.in addition to the BP family of podcasts, the rental income podcast with Dan Lane is a great podcast and he interviews a lot of medium size landlords who aren't flashy but really know what they're doing.

Another route I could go is medium term rentals.

If you are considering a refinance anyways, the appreciation play may be your best bet for a home you want to live in.If you are looking for more of an investment property, I would focus on Medium-Term-Rentals or Rent by the Room in a SFH (single family home). 

Brandon Turner has said it was just a quick way to evaluate and not real in this market.Try MTR (medium-term-rentals) or rent by the room (house hack with or without you in it).

Hi, We have an Airbnb guest who wants to stay medium-term.

I know all our medium term rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs have Airbnb tenants, and that's been the case for awhile.I also know @Erin Spradlin's midterm consulting clients are seeing problems getting tenants through Furnished Finder. 

I think there are some medium-term PMs on here, not sure about Denver specifically.
