We already have down payment programs in Mississippi that require you to go through a training program.

To my understanding in PA you need to get the 75 hours of training, pass the national/state exams to get licensed, and then associate with a brokerage.

I trained John Jackson in lease options in 2002.

We use RocketStation for VA's and they train them on Appfolio if they haven't used it before, but many VA's have.
