My lecture is over

I heard a Blackstone MD talk a few months back in an MBA class with a guest lecturer.

However, some people do find the lecture  or classroom environment helpful, but most of these, sadly are in business for getting people in their chairs, not necessarily for coaching others to be successful.

(Please don't lecture me either on "you're being played" or "you are heartless";  I know "it's a business" and I'm often at fault for trusting people and being too nice which has almost screwed me over a few times; I've also offered to help the fiancé and her kids in any way I can, while also making sure to try to take steps that there's truth to the information I have)

And as mighty and righteous as you are maybe don't lecture these millennials quite as much about how hard you had it and all the jobs you had when you were 12 years old, they didn't invent helicopter parenting they are the victims of it. 

I know it is easier said then done, so please don't take this as a lecture, because it is not..The landlord has to know this tenant is a nut job, but my guess is the landlord is a push over and just wants to avoid conflict.

Yeh, I wouldn't allow someone to chastise, yell, lecture, or insult me for 45 minutes.

I also learned that she made a habit of attending every real estate meetup, seminar, lecture and course, about any aspect of real estate, she could find, and had significantly more knowledge than the typical newbie, who if has any knowledge at all is all concentrated in one particular strategy.

In terms of time commitment, each bootcamp has about an hour of self-paced learning (which includes pre-recorded lectures and assignments), an hour live session, and an optional additional hour meeting with an accountability group each week.
