We have been doing this in conjunction with renovating the primary residence, but are now looking towards futute goals and a future move as well, ideally keeping this property as a long term rental.Centrally, our aim here is to network and develop our skillset, to learn and grow.

I’m especially interested in learning from those with experience in more expensive housing markets and from people who used really estate as a way to invest for their kids' colleges.

Unfortunately, they do not learn and appear to bury their heads in the sand.

It can even learn from past deals to help refine the analysis over time.I built this mostly to better understand the components of a good deal.
