I agree with former Treasury Secretary Summers, who said “My sense is still that the [Federal Reserve] has itchy fingers to start cutting rates and I don’t fully get it.”

The response rate was great, and we ended up finding an older lady who was moving to a senior living facility and wanted to sell the house as-is with no contingencies.

For example if you have a duplex and 1 tenant moves out or stops paying rent you're going from 100% occupied to 50% in the snap of the fingers. 1 AC goes out or the roof needs to be replaced?
