In 08' there was a squeeze on available capital where currently it's very available and they are injecting as much capital into the economy as possible. 

The gov. is injecting too much dollars into the market so any hard asset is going to appreciate hardly to combat the inflation.

I expect once the stocks stop getting injected with printed capital, stocks will fall and the economy will enter a recession.

Has anyone partnered with someone solely on the bases of cash injection for business operation and marketing?

Now that we have so many “virtual” meetings, it’s easier than ever to inject time with inspiring people into our lives.Have you heard “show me your friends and I’ll show you your future”?

Remember once you buy something, you may have to inject money for unforeseen events.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe I can 1031 if I’m planning to reposition funds out of that LLC to one with my wife and inject additional capital or else there could be more.

I know restaurants took a pretty hard hit during the pandemic so makes sense if Whataburger guy needs some cash injection.

But if I buy something for $1M based on 4% cap and $40k NOI, inject $100k and improve NOI by 20% to $50K but only find a buyer willing to negotiate $1M sale price based on 5% cap, in theory I’ve done all that work for nothing.

Every market is different but I'm not interested in injecting cash into a rental every year.
