@Michelle Park Senyard I think with the high end condos it's that they are (in my opinion) inferior investments to houses...A) historically appreciation wise B) also because you have an HOA taking a chunk of your cashflow in HOA fees ...plus potential incompetence in the HOA board...potential assessments C) the rental competition with these beautiful new condo buildings being built.

If you pull the trigger and do this, find some comps that both do well and are inferior to what you will create/take to market.

I also hear of recently constructed multi-family buildings in inferior Fishtown and Kensington locations turning to the voucher program because they are having difficulty competing with the large amount of new inventory in their neighborhoods.

But the ad platform itself is extremely inferior.

Not dogging them but people need to know their product and service is inferior.

Just not sure how many people can let go of their inferior marketing systems and be openminded enough to look onto something bigger better and stronger.But regardless, I will connect with you in provate!

Mexico doesn’t treat foreigners in by any inferior way compared to what the US does.Finally, I’m not sure what’s the point you’re trying to make but, in any case, fear mongering doesn’t help anyone make money.
