Hey guys, I’m newer around the Conroe area and I’m looking to connect with fellow real estate individuals, Contractors, investors, etc.I’ve been an electrician for 10 years mostly in the commercial space, I’ve doubled in general contracting and project management in Utah, but have moved down here in search of better opportunities.

My business profile is showing only 16 reviews on the count however when I manually count my reviews I have 26.

The pitch is always the same: "You need our system or you’ll never make it in this business." 

Partnering up with family that has trust in our track record boosts confidence and allows for continued business.

My business partner and I purchased a commercial office building a few years ago with creative financing.

@Amir Twig I've never been a fan of cold calling but I agree that it's great for adding that personal touch to your business. 

If I live a busy life and don't have the time or care to invest on my own, but want to put, lets say $200k to work, is a 15% cash flow return reasonable? 

I have just read a book about this, and a business owner spoke about his employees who would take "multiple taxi trips in one day" or "dine at the most expensive restaurants even when alone" its just something that will happen.

My sister works with him much as part of her midtown business.
