Fast-forward to July 2022, I found the actual company which allows tlwb access to their software. tlwb gives the impression that they developed the software 😒😒😒of course, I shared my experience with the software company’s rep and asked if there was any way for him to make his company aware of the sketchy company.

@Helen Rolls , yes, I remember that article about CapEx expenses and it made a big impression on me - I suppose what's "easy" about this purchase/CapEx is that everything needs to be replaced fairly soon (half of the heating system, roof, foundation work, and windows!).

I was under the impression that it is best for tenants to not know that their property manager is the landlord so they appear to represent both parties.
