Just wondering how I can get them to stop harassing us and drop the matter.

I've owned my home here for about 10 years.Recently, the property management company for the HOA has started to engage in what I can only describe as harassment, for alleged covenant violations on appearance of the property, landscaping, etc.

I plan to use a property management service since I don't want him harassing my wife about unclogging his toilet after dinner.

I suppose if he pushes the issue with fines or a lien to myself then it might be considered harassment or discrimination.    

The best thing is to keep calling; harassing gently; write letters; find their home phone number etc.; contact BBB; Bad reviews on Angies list; Yelp; Google reviews; just try to be a pain in the butt; call TV stations to see if they take your story etc. 

Their story about the eviction is that they were being harassed to leave their residence associated with the eviction because the mobile home park was being sold and the owner wanted renters out.

They started harassing me to give the other owners number because they were upset that it wasn't clean enough when they moved in a month ago. 

If you are pushy it could be construed as harassment.

I'm just looking for an opinion on a harassment situation.

People say I'm harassing them and one woman said she was going to report me to the DRE.
