Try connecting with local landlord groups (BiggerPockets forums, local meetups, or REI groups) for referrals.Property Management Companies – Even if you’re self-managing, you can contact local PMs to see if they have a handyman they recommend for small jobs.

Your best bet is to ask for referrals from professionals in the space: realtors, other investors, this forum, FB groups, etc.

@Mary Parsek you are pretty close with this forum but I would suggest posting this in the "Mortgage Notes" forums.
