But I don't remember them asking for any other paperwork about the LLC, but I've also been doing this over 15 years, so maybe they asked for something at first about the LLC, and I've forgotten over time.And when you're getting a mortgage from a bank for an LLC, the bank will verify thru a certificate of organization and an operating agreement, if the person applying for the loan, has the authority in the LLC to contract/borrower money/transfer real estate in the name of the LLC.

Poorly ran and forgotten.

You may have heard a lot of buzz around the almost forgotten video game retailer, GameStop, the last few days.

South, West and East are less expensive houses but some areas have been forgotten about by the city and it shows.

People need to be transported there for a good reason. 1)Maybe a company is moving there or they need workers for some kind of especial mine.  2)I have been to Bakersfield myself, it is a desert not that many stores, and a forgotten town of California near Route 66 but that might change.

I feel like "taking care of the asset" can be forgotten at times because we get focused on cash-flow instead of keeping the property in excellent condition. 

Its like the deal is firm and now we are just completely ignored/forgotten about.I really didn't want to have to contact the selling agent directly but I feel its reaching that point.

There's a couple of times people have forgotten to pay me...especially if it takes a while, or there are split commissions in commercial transactions....pay 1x when contract is signed and another a year later if lease continues, things like that. 

You can not transfer property unless the proceeds go to the irs first.I have forgotten to make our tax payment in the past.

We have not forgotten you or this important issue but I do want to make sure that we are all on the same page as to how we are moving forward in this matter.
